With 65+ years of combined experience in veterinary medicine, our skilled team takes the time to answer all your questions so that you feel informed and confident in your companion’s care. We believe in building strong relationships—we greet dogs on the floor, know cats and their owners by name, and create a welcoming environment for every visit. Our approach is centered around proactive preventive care, helping pets live longer, healthier lives with regular exams, vaccinations, early disease detection, and more.

Dr. Blaine O’Reilly
Veterinarian
Dr. O’Reilly moved to Huntsville when he was 6 months old and has spent the majority of his life there. He graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006 and completed an Equine Internship at Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital in 2007. He then worked at an equine practice in Northern Virginia for a short time before moving back to Huntsville in January 2008. He practiced mixed animal medicine and surgery for several years before transitioning exclusively to dog and cat care in 2017. Dr. O’Reilly has a special interest in nutrition, dentistry, and preventive care. He is currently the proud owner of 4 dogs, 3 mixed breeds and 1 yellow lab. When not at work, Dr. O’Reilly enjoys traveling, eating good food, and spending time with his 2 sons on their farm in North Alabama.
